Diane focuses her practice on complex litigation and brings a strong analytical foundation and commitment to public service to her work at Allegiant Law.
Before pursuing her legal career, Diane earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mathematics. Her academic research examined the misuse of statistics in the criminal justice system, sharpening her ability to analyze complex information and identify critical issues. These skills lend strongly to her litigation prowess.
Diane graduated summa cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2024, where she received pro bono honors and a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. During law school, she gained broad legal experience through clerkships with Oregon Public Broadcasting, the Federal Public Defender, Portland office and civil litigation firm, Haglund Kelley. Diane also dedicated two years to volunteer work with the Civil Rights Project and the Youth Justice Project at the Oregon Justice Resource Center, demonstrating her commitment to advocacy and access to justice.
Diane is admitted to practice in Oregon and soon, in Washington. She combines her strong academic background, litigation experience, and clear communication skills to provide thoughtful, detail-oriented representation for Allegiant’s clients.
